Introducing PLIS Factory 6.1.4.0 - Discover what’s new
This latest PLIS Factory release introduces enhanced traceability by linking CPT‑XD test results directly to hardware serial numbers, ensuring full visibility and stronger documentation across the testing process. In addition, several usability improvements have been implemented, including more flexible data visualization in CPT‑XD2 results, easier navigation with direct recipe links, improved operator code handling, and small enhancements to system setup and the Assembly Instruction editor.
CPT-XD result traceability via hardware serial numbers
PLIS Factory now links CPT‑XD test results directly to the serial number(s) of the hardware used during execution, creating a clear and reliable connection between each result and the exact equipment involved.
This enhancement enables full traceability across the testing process, making it easy to track results back to specific hardware for deeper insights, faster troubleshooting, and improved quality control.
At the same time, it strengthens compliance and documentation by providing transparent, auditable records that support both internal reviews and external requirements.
We have also made several minor updates and improvements to PLIS Factory.
Including some changes directly requested by customers
- CPT-XD2 Result – Added support for various series label styles in result sequence chart.
- CPT-XD2 Result – You can now click the series legend in the sequence chart to toggle sensor visibility, making it easier to focus on specific data.
- Improved navigation – The results overview and detailed views now include direct links to the corresponding recipe page.
- Operator code modules – now have support for showing codes ungrouped instead of in a group hierarchy.
- PLIS Service Setup – The PLIS Factory address can now be quickly copied to the clipboard for easier access and sharing.
- Assembly Instruction Editor – General usability improvements and minor enhancements for a smoother editing experience.
