Introducing PLIS Factory 6.1.5.0 - Discover what’s new

This PLIS Factory release introduces support for the Ecotec 4000 Leak Detector, enhanced asset cockpit, and smarter operator workflows. New features such as saved test progress, shareable filtered views, improved navigation, and completely redesigned System & Diagnostics pages help users work more efficiently, troubleshoot faster, and reduce downtime. Combined with numerous usability improvements, this release delivers a smoother and more productive user experience.

Filtered views can be bookmarked & shared

Filtered views across PLIS Factory can now be bookmarked and shared with colleagues. Filters are preserved when refreshing the page, and the browser's Back button now reverses filter changes instead of navigating away, creating a smoother and more intuitive user experience.

Grids Remember where you left off

Working with large datasets is now smoother than ever. When opening details from a grid and returning to the list, PLIS Factory remembers your scroll position and expanded rows, eliminating the need to repeatedly navigate back to where you were working.

System & diagnostics pages have been rebuilt

We've completely rebuilt the System and Diagnostics pages. PLIS Factory now provides an overview of every gateway and service in the installation. Support teams can quickly identify issues, search logs across PCs, and perform diagnostic actions directly from the browser, helping reduce downtime and speed up troubleshooting.

New Device Support: Ecotec 4000

PLIS Factory now provides full support for the new Ecotec 4000 Leak Detector. Customers can immediately benefit from integrated live flow charts, i-Guide sniffing support, and full product-report integration. This makes it easier to transition to the latest leak detection technology while improving operator guidance and reducing testing errors.

Enhanced Asset Cockpit

The Asset Cockpit now provides much deeper insight into asset status. Instead of simply indicating that a device is offline, it shows exactly where communication is failing, whether it's the gateway, asset, machine connection, or machine interface. This allows users to diagnose problems much faster and with far less guesswork.

Resume interrupted tests

Operator Terminal test modules can now save progress and resume where they left off. Whether an interruption is caused by a shift change, a scheduled break, or an unexpected event, operators can continue testing without starting over, reducing lost work and improving productivity.

Other minor enhancements

This release also introduces several usability and performance enhancements, including more flexible leak detector and KT1886 recipes, expanded filtering and search capabilities, easier CPT-X recipe configuration, stronger administrator safeguards, and general performance improvements across the platform.
