Who are we looking for
Ambitious students nearing graduation with interests in engineering, customer engagement, and business development.

Program structure
- Rotational Assignments: The program offers 4 to 6 rotations providing hands-on experience across key business functions.
- Student Onboarding: Students will be onboarded during final year of Master- or Bachelor program and assigned to 2-3 rotations within operation of the business on a part time student contract.
- Post Graduation: Selected graduates will be offered a full time role in a 1 year post-graduate role and following 2-3 assignments in the global organization.
- Functional Assignment: Participants complete a functional assignment in each rotation addressing real business challenges to apply their learning practically.
