Introducing PLIS Factory 6.1.1.0 - Discover what’s new
PLIS Factory is now packed with powerful new features and enhancements, all inspired by our customers feedback and designed to make your experience with PLIS Factory smoother, faster and more powerful.
In this release, we are putting the spotlight on major features like operator terminal enhancements, new view modules, the process cycle, draft recipes, sandbox & test licenses, and much more.

Licenses
Now you can get a sandbox license to experiment, test and validate your configurations in a safe environment, without affecting your live setup.
If you are curious about some of the new features but not ready to commit. You can contact your local salesperson that can provide you with trial a Device Point.

Views
You have more flexibility when designing your dashboards. Now you can add a clock to display current time and date, a graph module to show live metrics like gas levels and product metrics module to track how many products have been tested at a specific asset.

Process cycle
The Process cycle feature brings better visibility into your workflow and helps you track how many times a product has passed a specific asset on the production line.

Recipe draft
Need to test recipes before going live? With the Recipe draft feature, you can create, edit and save recipes without deploying the changes to the production.
Operator Terminal
It is now possible to combine visual inspection and repair in the same process step. With live test results, fails can be documented and repaired immediately in the same test step, saving valuable production time.
You can also link a photo from the Photo Module to specific steps or fail code, creating clearer connection between visuals and production data.
And with the updated Media Module, you can now load files directly from a folder path, making it easier to update instruction images or documents.
...and much more
This release also includes the following features:
- Possibility to save color selection for CPT-X sensors to keep the same color across all results
- Support for adding standard events to CPT-X recipes
- Possibility to change the “No work shift” warning. For those that do not use the Work shift configuration in PLIS, can now disable the warning that would be displayed when starting a test
- Change history assigned to device points and see who made changes to Device Point assignments
- Possibility to export Machine Interface data form the Asset Cockpit to an Excel file
