It has a flexible and user-friendly functionality where you can build and design a custom user interface by dragging and dropping different graphical elements such as buttons, images, text and other variables.
The Operator Terminal can be adapted for different areas in the production and used for different purposes such as Critical Component Verification (CCV), Repair Interface and Visual Inspection where users receive different kind of work instructions in a visually comprehensive manner making it easy to interact and make informed decisions.

Critical Component Verification
Complete traceability of components and sub-assemblies
The Critical Component Verification is designed to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the assembly or manufacturing process and can be used on any screen, tablet, or smartphone.
The Critical Component Verification guides operators through the process of selecting and verifying components an ensures accurate selection and placement. After scanning a barcode, visual cues are used to ensure that the operator selects the correct part or component. This can be light systems such as “pick-by-light” and a screen that displays guidelines (videos, images, text etc.) for the operator to follow. By providing clear visual guidance reduces the likelihood of errors resulting in increased product quality.
The Critical Component Verification in PLIS Smart Suite can be adapted to different assembly or manufacturing processes and easily reconfigured for new products or components. The system records data and all steps of the assembly process ensuring full traceability for quality control purposes.
Repair Interface
Efficient repair code collection and reporting with full traceability
The Repair Interface (RI) enables real-time collection of repair codes directly from the production line. This ensures full traceability during and after the repair process enabling failure cause analysis and preventive measures to be implemented quickly.
The Repair Interface can display repair codes and detailed information about the issue. It provides step-by-step instruction and all required tools or parts to solve the issue. Users can log repair activities and update repair status easily.
Visual Inspection

Visual inspection is an important quality control process that ensures that products meet all quality standards. The process can be time consuming and very difficult to trace and monitor. The Operator Terminal is designed to make the visual inspection process more efficient and minimize the risk of defect products leaving the factory.
With the Operator Terminal, operators can easily receive work instructions or register malfunctions such as dents, scratches, color deviations or other physical imperfections. All registration data will be kept in a database that makes it easy to address the real root cause problem accurately.
