The Repair Interface (RI) for PLIS enables real time collection of repair codes directly from the production line. This ensures full traceability during and after the repair process enabling failure cause analysis and preventive measures to be implemented fast. The collection of repair codes can be done either by using a scanner or by using a touch screen. Touch screen options includes images and on screen buttons. To help analyze the collected data the RI comes with a special repair report to use in PLIS Reports. Together with the Operator Interface (OI) and the Critical Component Verification (CCV) plug-in for PLIS the RI offers the total solution for fail/error code collection and component traceability.
