Introducing PLIS Factory 6.1.2.0 - Discover what’s new

PLIS Factory is now packed with powerful new features and enhancements, all designed to improve the user experience and streamline daily operations in PLIS Factory.

In this release, we are putting the spotlight on major features like support for the PROSONO ultrasonic welder, AD Integration, new Filter options, Result Notes in Operator Terminal, Visual Media enhancements and much more.

AD Integration

SSO (Single-Sign-On) is now supported on the PLIS Factory website, with Active Directory integration, making user access and management more efficient and secure.

The integration enables linking of both individual users and groups with automatic synchronization of names, users in a group and e-mail addresses.

New Filter options

The new filter options include a set of new filtering capabilities to enhance the data navigation. Users can now easily locate models that are linked to specific recipes and identify models that have been archived.

It also enables users to filter test results based on test models, repair codes, or status codes. These enhancements make it easier to access relevant data and support more efficient workflows.

Result notes in OT

We have added new result note module to the operator terminal, allowing operators to attach notes directly to test results.

These notes can be used to document observations, decisions, or any other relevant information

Visual Media enhancements

Visual Media now includes support for folders and filters, where users can place media files in groups and use advanced filtering options, making it easier to organize and access visual assets.

PROSONO

PLIS Factory streamlines welding operations through automatic channel selection that enables operator to scan a barcode and get the correct welding recipe instantly sent to the welder.

PLIS also collects detailed result data from every weld, enabling traceability, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement.

This release also includes the following features:

Added support for encrypted connections to the PLIS Database using TLS, protecting data from unauthorized access or tampering.
Added module to display recently completed results in real-time based on filters such as assets, asset types, line, area and duration.
Added support for migration of legacy operator codes from the old CCV/OI/RI to the new Operator Terminal. (Critical Component Verification, Operator Interface, and Repair Interface)
