Machine Interface for PROSONO

PLIS Factory now includes Machine Interface for PROSONO Ultrasonic Welder, enabling a deeper visibility into tool life and firmware status directly within PLIS. Included functionality:

Tool Life Prediction
PLIS Factory delivers real-time insight into tool wear and remaining lifetime. Based on this data, the system predicts and recommends:

when to adjust the welding position
when to rotate the tools, and
when to replace them entirely

This helps prevent unexpected tool failure, reduces unplanned downtime, and allows maintenance teams to schedule tool replacement based on predicted wear rather than reacting to failures.

Firmware version Information
The current firmware version of the PROSONO welder is clearly displayed and tracked within PLIS Factory, simplifying version management and ensuring better system transparency.

User Password Change

Users can now change their own password directly in PLIS Factory, without needing administrator assistance. This streamlines password management and gives users more control over their account credentials.
